Spectacular Glider Rocker Squeaking Noise

This causes springs or other metal components to scrape against the mechanism. Squeaky noises generally indicate friction between moving parts. The only way to properly fix a loose joint is to remove the fabric and pry the joint apart. Clean lint and debri from underneath. Apply a spray lubricant such as a silicone spray to the parts that seem to be squeaking getting the spray between the parts as much as possible.
